Local SEO · Emerald Coast

Get found by the people already looking for you.

Local SEO is the work that puts your business in the map pack and on the first page when someone nearby searches for what you do. Most of it is unglamorous and most of it never gets done. We do it every month, and we show you the numbers.

  • Sprint from $1,500
  • Monthly $750
  • Report you can read in 5 minutes
  • Serving Walton, Okaloosa and Bay counties

The work

What local SEO actually is

Google Business Profile

Categories, services with prices, photos, weekly posts, Q&A, messaging. The single biggest local ranking lever, and the one most owners leave half-finished.

Reviews

A system for asking every customer, and a reply to every review within 48 hours. Velocity and responses both count.

Citations

Your name, city and phone identical on the directories Google trusts: Bing, Apple, Yelp, Facebook, the chambers, the local directories.

Location pages

One real page per city or neighborhood you serve, written for that place. Not a template with the town swapped in.

On-page basics

Titles, headings, structured data, speed, and a site that names where you are and what you do in plain sentences.

Tracking

Search Console, profile insights and rank checks, read monthly, so decisions are made on numbers.

Every month

What we do every month

  • A Google Business post and a new photo every week
  • One new location or service page, or a substantial refresh of one
  • Citation audit and fixes
  • Review requests sent for every completed job; every review answered within 48 hours
  • Q&A and messaging monitored
  • A report you can read in five minutes: searches, profile actions, calls, rankings for your target terms, what we did, what is next

Local SEO Sprint

$1,500one time

The foundation, done once and done right: Google Business Profile completed and optimized, 20 citations with identical name and phone, on-page fixes, and a review request system you can run yourself.

Best for: Businesses in less competitive categories or towns, and anyone who wants the basics right before deciding on monthly work.

Local SEO Monthly

$750per month, 3-month minimum

Everything in the Sprint, then the monthly work above, every month, with a report. Includes the Sprint at no extra charge when you start.

Best for: Competitive categories (Destin, Panama City Beach, real estate, restaurants) and owners who do not want to touch any of this.

Free 5-minute audit

Audit yourself before you call anyone.

Ten yes-or-no questions. Be honest; nobody is watching. The score at the bottom tells you what to do next.

  1. 1.Search your business name. Does your Google Business Profile appear, with the right phone, hours and website?

If it does not appear, you are not in the map pack for anything. If the details are wrong, customers are calling a dead number.

  2. 2.Is your primary category the thing you actually sell?

“Restaurant,” not “Business.” “HVAC contractor,” not “Consultant.” The primary category decides what you rank for.

  3. 3.Do you have at least 10 reviews, and a reply under every one?

Reviews are the fastest ranking lever you control. Replies count too, and prospects read them.

  4. 4.Search “[your service] near me” from your parking lot. Are you in the top three on the map?

That is the test your customers run. If a competitor shows and you do not, everything else on this list explains why.

  5. 5.Open your site on a phone on cellular. Does it load in under three seconds?

Google measures this and so does the customer standing on the beach with one bar of signal.

  6. 6.Does your site name your city and the neighborhoods you serve in real sentences?

A footer list of towns does not count. Google needs to read where you are in the content.

  7. 7.Is your phone number identical, in the same format, on your site, Google, Facebook, Yelp and Bing?

Mismatched listings make Google trust all of them less.

  8. 8.Can a customer book, request a quote or reserve without calling?

Every listing that shows a next-available time wins against one that says “call for availability.”

  9. 9.Have you posted anything to your Google profile in the last 30 days?

Posts and new photos signal an active business. Profiles that go quiet slide.

  10. 10.Is your site verified in Google Search Console, and has anyone looked at it this year?

It is free, it shows the exact searches you appear for, and almost nobody sets it up.

FAQ

Three honest answers.

Map-pack visibility for your category usually arrives two to six months after the foundation is in place, faster in Freeport, DeFuniak Springs and Niceville, slower in Destin and Panama City Beach. We show you the current top results for your search on the first call and give you a timeline for your town, not a generic one.

Find out where you stand.

A 30-minute consult. We search your category from your town, show you who ranks and why, and tell you whether the Sprint or the monthly work is the right call. No pitch deck.
