Seaside · October, 6:10 p.m.About
Marin has photographed this stretch of coast for nine seasons, Dune Allen to Inlet Beach, and knows which access still has parking at 5 p.m. on a Saturday. She shoots color the way the Gulf actually looks: skin tones true, water green-blue, no orange filter. Between sessions she's in the studio in Santa Rosa Beach, printing albums and answering email slower than her assistant does.
"She had the whole wedding party on the sand and photographed in twelve minutes, then let us go enjoy the party. The gallery made my mother cry, in the good way."
Whitney & Cole · Grayton Beach wedding
"Three kids under six and somehow every one of them is looking at the camera. I still don't know what she said to them."
The Okafor family · Seaside session
"Twelve rentals photographed in a week, delivered the next morning each time. Bookings on our two slowest homes went up right after."

Cream, sand and soft blues photograph beautifully at the water. Neon, logos and matching white shirts do not.

Questions
Anything else, ask the assistant in the corner or email hello@saltmarshphoto.com.
We watch the radar together. Gulf storms usually pass in under an hour, so for sessions we shift the start time or move to the next open evening at no charge. For weddings, a covered plan B is built into the timeline in advance, a porch, a pavilion, the boardwalk, and Marin brings lights.
Family sessions: a sneak peek within 48 hours and the full gallery in 10 days. Weddings: a 20-image preview within a week and the full gallery in three weeks. Homes and rentals: next business day.
On Walton County public beach, a small ceremony with no setup usually doesn't. Anything with an arbor, chairs or a bigger guest list does, and the state parks (Grayton Beach, Topsail Hill) have their own permits and lead times. Your planner normally handles it; if you don't have one, Marin will send the right form.
Yes. Every package includes print rights for personal use, and the gallery has a print store if you'd rather not deal with it. Commercial use is included in the Homes package and available as an add-on for sessions.
